Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) is a non-profit provider, founded in 1983 to serve the health needs of community members who face barriers to healthcare. We offer affordable primary healthcare services, including medical, medical walk-in, dental, physical therapy, and pharmacy at several locations throughout Snohomish County.

In 2024, CHC provided 244,030 patient visits to 76,028 individuals.

  • CHC added a new School-Based Health Center at Mountlake Terrace High School and opened a clinic in Edmonds at Madrona Highlands a new affordable housing unit for families experiencing homelessness.
  • Patients served increased nearly 10% (from 69,208 to 76,028)
  • Patients seeking medical services increased by 16.5% (from 122,442 to 142,631).
  • Patients who identify as being more than one race increased from 3% to 11%.
