With more than 70 member centers throughout the state, the Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC) Recruitment and Retention Department serves as a valuable resource to its members by recruiting high quality healthcare professionals and improving overall staff retention.

Texas Community Health Centers have been caring for families for more than 25 years and the R&R team is dedicated to providing essential support in recruiting passionate, high-caliber medical, dental and behavioral health providers. Recruitment support is also offered for c-level administrative executive staff and advance practitioners (NPs/PAs).

TACHC's multi-specialty clinics offer medical technology and most include on-site labs, and pharmacy. While each Center has its own unique style, benefit and incentive packages, the R&R team strives to recruit t mission-driven, dedicated providers and leaders who are seeking to serve in a community with passion and purpose.
