Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) is a non-profit provider, founded in 1983 to serve the health needs of community members who face barriers to healthcare. We offer affordable primary healthcare services, including medical, medical walk-in, dental, physical therapy, and pharmacy at several locations throughout Snohomish County.
As the demand for affordable and accessible healthcare continues to rise, we are committed to expanding healthcare services and increasing accessibility for underserved populations by establishing new clinics in high-impact areas, enhancing existing facilities to meet the growing need for services, and partnering with more school districts to grow the school-based health center program.

CHC added a new School-Based Health Center at Mountlake Terrace High School and opened a clinic in Edmonds at Madrona Highlands a new affordable housing unit for families experiencing homelessness.
