Minnesota Web Recruitment
The National Rural Health Resource Center (The Center) hosts the Minnesota page of 3RNet through Minnesota Web Recruitment. Minnesota Web Recruitment enables physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants to learn about practice opportunities throughout greater Minnesota and urban community health centers. The primary goals of Minnesota Web Recruitment are to increase the visibility of Minnesota's rural and underserved practice opportunities and to enhance overall sourcing activities for those facilities. Our Minnesota postings are always current and include detailed opportunity descriptions and direct employer contact information.
Through Minnesota Web Recruitment, The Center also offers a Contract Review service to residents, fellows, students and practicing health care professionals. The Center has been providing administrative contract reviews for over 15 years. Our review focuses on the essential elements, identifies issues and compares contract provisions with state and local standards for the specialty. The final result will be a clear, reasonable, and competitive contract that is satisfactory to both parties. If you are interested in a Contract Review, please contact Angie LaFlamme at 218-216-7022 or email@example.com.
For more than 20 years, The Center has witnessed the growing number of challenges facing rural and underserved communities. We continue to be actively involved in implementing workforce strategies across the United States, specifically for primary care providers in rural and underserved communities.
