Arizona is recognized for its ongoing innovation in numerous fields including medicine, biosciences, agriculture, and technology; high quality of life; beautiful and unique landscape; and, for its majestic Grand Canyon National Park, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the world. It is home to three major state Universities and numerous community colleges.

Arizona is the 6th largest state in the U.S. by area and is home to about 6.9 million people which includes 22 federally recognized Native American tribes/nations and a large Hispanic population. Arizona has several job openings in rural communities offering generous benefits and opportunities such as loan repayment opportunities for eligible providers.

Arizona’s beautiful lakes, mountains and weather allow for great outdoor activities. You can enjoy hiking, river rafting, skiing, and a lot more. If you are open to international adventures, Arizona shares a 389 mile long border with Mexico. In addition, Arizona is one of the Four Corners states, sharing a regional border with New Mexico, Utah, Nevada and California.

We might be the Old West but we have a lot to offer! Make the Grand Canyon State the next place you call home and enjoy beautiful landscapes, friendly people and culturally diverse populations!

Key Points

In 2012, the Arizona Center for Rural Health, Arizona Department of Health Services, and the Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers formed the Arizona Rural Recruitment & Retention Network (Az3RNet) partnership. This partnership has enabled us to enhance our collective outreach to facilities statewide and placement of providers into rural and underserved communities.

The AZ3RNet is managed by staff at the Center for Rural Health (CRH) providing assistance to health providers seeking jobs in rural Arizona and health facilities seeking necessary providers. Through this site, you can view or post job opportunities.
