dental services as the lead dentist at Falls Community Health (FCH), including
school-based settings. Develop and oversee the delivery of an effective and
efficient Dental Quality Plan at FCH, ensuring high quality services, adequate
patient access, and optimal patient experience, financial and care outcomes.
Supervise and mentor dentists. Ensure integration between the dental programs
and other community health operations.
