40 hrs/wk; 4/5 days/wk. Rotation of weekdays shifts,
weekends and holidays. Rotation of call responsibilities. Order entry into
Paragon software system, maintenance of inventory, preparation of non-sterile
and sterile compounds including chemotherapy, filling for Hospice program,
performing all clinical duties (i.e. chart reviews, medication reconciliation,
patient education, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing checks), managing
technician staff as needed, and precepting pharmacy…
