Job Summary
Provide
high-quality, comprehensive primary care medical services to the patients of Utah Partners for
Health in accordance with training, experience and licensure through screening,
counseling, education, appropriate referrals, management of chronically and
acutely ill patients and the provision of selected interventions according to
standards of care and UPFH policies and protocols.
