Under the supervision of a registered nurse, the Certified Surgical Tech performs technical skills and provides assistance to surgeons, anesthesia personnel, registered nurses, and other professionals in the operating room, primarily in the scrubrole during surgical procedures. May perform similar duties in other areas of the hospital as assigned.
