Provide comprehensive family medicine services within the NeighborHub Health formerly Cincinnati Health Network Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) Program, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management services for underserved and homeless populations.
Participate in teaching, mentoring, and precepting physicians, advanced practice providers, residents, students, and other clinicians in a variety of clinical settings throughout the program.
