Position Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner is
responsible for providing medical services for the patients of Center Street
Community Health Center within the scope of the practice according to the
requirements of the Ohio Board of Nursing, Written protocol, and ability. The
Nurse Practitioner may be directed by the clinical Director to perform other
