Physician to our team in our Oceanside Community Based Outpatient Clinic
(CBOC).
The CBOC operates under a Patient
Aligned Care Team Model. Together with his or her team, comprised of a
PCP, RN, LVN, and an administrator, the PCP cares for a panel of no more than 1,260
