For over the past year, we have been promoting the 3RNet Adventures in Medicine Guidebook. This guidebook is a 188 page document that has proven to be a tremendous resource for health professional candidates, and especially residents. Building on the success of this guidebook, we decided to take our partnership with Adventures in Medicine to the next level. We are tremendously excited to introduce the new, 3RNet Career and Life Planning Portal, powered by Adventures in Medicine. To see the portal in action, check out the video at the bottom on the page.

This new portal is full of hundreds of validated, tested, quality resources that have been designed by Adventures in Medicine, and tailored by 3RNet. Each and every one of these interactive resources is now available to all 3RNet members, through their existing membership. This new portal is just one way that we continue to enhance the value of being a 3RNet member.

Resources available though the portal can be used in a multitude of ways. 3RNet members can leverage the existing resources to provide value to candidates directly, or pass on best practices and trusted information to the facilities they serve. The resources are largely focused on career and life planning for physicians which includes finance, contracts, lifestyle, and much more. These important topics tend to be the issues new physicians struggle with the most. By leveraging these new resources, 3RNet members can provide value, and enhance their mission of being the “trusted resource” for rural and underserved candidates and facilities of their state.

Highlights of the portal include:

Needless to say, this new portal is a game changer for 3RNet, its members, and rural and underserved areas across the nation. To learn more about this exciting new resource, visit the portal directly at 3RNet.org/AIM, or contact us.
