Our Washington 3RNet member reached out to a couple facilities throughout the state and asked them to share a bit about themselves and the work they do for their communities. These facilities, Community Health Center of Snohomish County and Forks Community Hospital and Clinics, which both use 3RNet to post jobs, had great information to share:
Community Health Center of Snohomish County
Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) is a non-profit primary health care provider; providing primary health care services to more than 49,000 Snohomish County, Washington State residents. CHC operates out of five clinics in Arlington, Edmonds, Everett-North, Everett-South and Lynnwood. These five locations offer general dentistry, family practice, obstetrics, pediatrics, internal medicine, pharmacy and behavioral health services.
CHC’s clinic locations serve both the urban and rural areas of the county. As we grow and serve more of our diverse community the need for exceptional providers also grows. If you are an Internal Medicine or Family Practice provider, consider the rural community of Arlington, WA; or maybe you enjoy the urban community, then consider our Everett-South Clinic. CHC is always looking to expand our services; for current job postings or to learn more about the organization, visit our website www.CHCsno.org.
CHC opened its doors in 1983 to serve the uninsured and underserved populations in Snohomish County and they continue to do that today. CHC provides care to those who are uninsured, underinsured and those on private, State or Federal health plans.
Forks Community Hospital and Clinics
Forks Community Hospital and Clinics serve the small town of Forks with 4,500 in population as well as the surrounding area which includes more than 10,000 residents. We are located on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula with amazing beaches and the Olympic National Forest nearby. Our area is popular with healthcare professionals who enjoy the outdoors: hiking, fishing, camping, biking, kayaking, and miles of quad trails. Forks is one of those small towns where the Friday night football game is the place to be, people drive for miles to attend the "old fashioned fourth of July” and your neighbors are your close friends.
We’ve recently added new providers to our staff to serve high quality, affordable healthcare to the West End. We have more employment opportunities available. Please check out our website: www.forkshospital.org or contact us at (360) 374-6271 ext. 148.
