We’re excited to unveil our new 3RNet website! We would be remiss if we didn’t share with you what we’re most excited about on our new and improved 3RNet.org. Here are five features you can look for when exploring the updated 3RNet website:

1. New Look

This is the most obvious - we’ve updated the design to 3RNet.org! The look is of course new, but more importantly we’ve now set our website up to make it easier for both job seekers and employers to find the resources they need most. Using website analytics, we were able to determine which pages facilities and job seekers were using most often. Then, we were able to create a design to make navigating our website as easy as possible whether someone is looking to find a job or fill a job!

2. Improved Mobile Experience

Regardless of how you’re viewing 3RNet.org, your experience will now be the same! We took steps to make our website the same whether you’re viewing on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. We hope this makes your experience using 3RNet easier than ever before!

3. Security and Privacy

This isn’t new – we’ve always striven to ensure your information is safe and secure – so you can continue to trust 3RNet like you’ve done for the last 20 years!  However, we did make some updates to our system so that we have the newest iterations of security and privacy protocols that adhere to the latest best practices. We do not ask for or store sensitive data. And, we do not sell any of our data, and only our 3RNet organizational members have access to candidate data.

4. Easy, Easy, Easy

We know there are a lot of job board out there—but job seekers continue to trust 3RNet to look for jobs in rural and underserved areas across the country. So, we put a big emphasis on making it easier for job seekers to connect with our 3RNet members, who can answer questions and get job seekers the information they need quickly. And of course, we hope it’s easier than ever (and 3RNet is still always free!) for job seekers to register and search jobs across the country!  We’ve also added a texting feature to our website. So now, if you have questions you can text 1-800-787-2512 and get a response right to your phone!

5. New Website, New Features; Same Trusted Resource

We may have a new look, but we’re the same 3RNet that job seekers and employers turn to for questions on jobs, loan repayment programs, and navigating the J-1 Visa Waiver process. Our website improvements make 3RNet a better resource for searching jobs in rural and underserved areas across the country, but as trustworthy as we’ve always strived to be!
