Requirements:
5 years inpatient pharmacy supervisory experience
Accreditation/certification experience (DNV, ASHP, OKBOP)
Quality Management experience (ADR reviews, medication safety team, performance improvement project development)
Health system support (discharge planning, antimicrobial stewardship, project design/management, drug library/interface maintenance)
