Community Information:

Roseburg is a great place to live. It is rural with a strong sense of community, short commute times with minimal traffic, and a ton of outdoor experiences available. If you love to hike and explore the outdoors there are multiple hiking trails within a 30 minute drive as well as the river for kayaking and floating in the summer. It is only an hour and half from the beach, Crater Lake National Park, or the mountains so it is a great central location for a variety of scenery. There are community sports leagues, community theater, great restaurants, so many amazing wineries and breweries, many community parks and free events such as music and festivals in the summer. There are great options for things to do with families such as the splash pad, Wildlife Safari, the Douglas County museum, the library, the YMCA, and youth sports. We are about an hour away from the nearest airport or 3 hours from Portland making travel simple.
