POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Nurse Practitioner gives primary care services to
children and/or adults as part of the provider team at Crusader Community
Health collaborating with licensed MD/DO physicians. The Nurse
Practitioner will collaborate and consult when necessary with patients,
families, Crusader support staff, other advanced practice providers, physicians
as well as internal and external consultants in order to provide the
