Therapist will provide skilled services including evaluations, re-evaluations,
discharges, and evidence based treatment as well as associated documentation
for patients served by Mangold Memorial Hospital Physical Therapy with one on
one patient care. Therapist will provide
services primarily in the Outpatient setting but will also have opportunity to
