The PACU at Mon Health Medical Center is a Phase I Level of Care and requires an RN with ICU or Step-Down experience. Nursing care is provided to patients in the immediate post anesthesia period. The goal of the PACU is to safely transition the patient to Phase II level of care, an inpatient department, or to the ICU. The PACU is staffed Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Two RNs are on-call daily from 8:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Monday – Friday; weekends and holidays are covered by 24-hour…
