Providers practice within an attached Rural Health Clinic with in-house, state of the art diagnostic imaging including CT, Sono, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine. A full-service diagnostic laboratory and a rehab department composed of PT, OT, RT, Sleep Center, Cardiopulmonary Rehab and speech therapists.
