Bayhealth has a strong commitment to serving our communities in central and southern Delaware. Through our community outreach efforts, we meet neighbors where they are by providing health screenings and health education opportunities throughout Kent and Sussex counties. We’re working alongside community organizations to address gaps in care and health disparities. We do this by providing health education, attending community events, providing screenings on our mobile health unit, and sponsoring activities.
