Next Steps Upon Registering
Once you have registered and paid, you will receive a notification from 3RNET’s payment system.
3RNET will then follow up by emailing a form to the email address given for you to complete. This form asks for:
- The name and contact information of the person coordinating your sponsorship details.
- The name(s) and contact information for the person(s) attending the 3RNET Annual Conference, as well as any dietary restrictions that we should communicate to necessary parties.
- A 50-word description of your organization, to be used in the pre-conference emails for Gold Level and Investing Partner.
This form is also where Gold Level and Investing Partners can select any add-ons to the sponsorship package (i.e. additional representative passes, attendee gift sponsorship, etc.) 3RNET will send an invoice for add-on opportunities. You will be able to pay by credit card.
Terms & Other Information
Fees & Payment
Applications will NOT be processed without required payment.
Due to shipping obligations, applications and payment for co-branded attendee gift sponsorship must be received in full by April 20, 2026.
All other applications must be received along with full payment on or before July 2, 2026. Receipt of payment does not guarantee exhibitor space. All sponsorship applications are subject to review and approval by 3RNET. In the event that an application is not approved, any funds submitted in advance will be fully refunded.
Cancellations
Refunds, less an administrative fee of 5% will be issued at the discretion of 3RNET if written notice is given by July 2, 2026.
No refunds, however, will be issued for cancellations after July 2, 2026.
Cancellation of any sponsorship or exhibit must be directed in writing to info@3RNET.org by July 2, 2026.
Use of Space
Exhibitors and sponsors shall not assign, share, or sublet any space without written consent from 3RNET. Care must be taken so that no display interferes with the viewing of other exhibitors.
Exhibitors and sponsors agree to protect, save, and hold 3RNET and all agents and employees thereof forever harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violations of any law or ordinance, whether occasioned by the negligence of the exhibitors, sponsors, or those holding under the exhibitor or sponsor.
Further, exhibitors and sponsors shall at all times protect, indemnify, save and hold harmless 3RNET and all agents and employees thereof against and from any and all losses, costs (including attorney’s fees), damages, liability, or expense arising from or out of or by reason of any accident of bodily injury or other occurrence to any person or persons, including its agents, employees, and business invitees which arises from or out of or by reason of occupancy and use the virtual exhibition platform of a part thereof.
