How to Use 3RNet

For Candidates

Register for a free account with 3RNet to gain access to job postings that fit your criteria. We recommend that you fill out the registration form as completely as possible in order to be matched with the job opportunities that best fit your needs. Once you register, sign in and click the "Profile" button found at the top right of the page to access your profile. Here, you will find a list of opportunities that match your criteria. Click on them to access full opportunity details. Or, click on the "Search Opportunities" page to search additional opportunities with expanded search criteria. You can also save opportunities you find to your profile by clicking the "Save to Favorites" icon that can be found on the opportunity detail pages. If you have questions about opportunities or locations, contact the appropriate employer or 3RNet member. Employer contact information will be listed on the opportunity details page; 3RNet member contact information can be found there as well. You can also access member contact information for the states that you have expressed interest in through your profile. We also recommend updating your profile every 6 months to keep your information current. Make sure you have accurate contact information listed in your profile.

For Employers

Register for a free account with 3RNet to post job opportunities on the site. Your registration will be forwarded to the appropriate 3RNet member for the state(s) in which you register to post jobs in. You will be notified by email when they approve your registration; the email will also contain further instructions for posting jobs. Once your registration is approved, we recommend completing the "add opportunity" form as completely as possible in order to provide candidates with the most information about your opportunity. 3.Click on the map or select a state from the list.
4.Contact information will be found on the “Contact” tab.

2.Login using the candidate login section at the top right of the page.
3.Click Search Opportunities found in the main navigation on the left.
4.Select your profession from the drop-down menu.
5.Select your state(s) of interest from the list of states.
6.Select any additional search criteria you would like.
7.Click 'Search.'
8.On the results page, click View Details for opportunity details.

3.Click the Profile button at the top right of the page.
4.Click the “Manage Your Profile” link.
5.Make your desired changes in the form provided.
6.Click the “Save Information” button at the bottom of the form.

2.Click the “Forgot Password?” link at the top right.
3.Enter your username or email and click “Send Password.”
4.Instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
