The Intensive In-Home Therapist/Team Lead provides therapy and clinical supervision, ensures timely and accurate documentation, and guides the IIH team in implementing effective treatment plans. This role requires a North Carolina license (or qualifying degree/experience), strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage crises and lead collaborative care. The position is full-time, remote in NC, with standard weekday hours and on-call crisis support.
