Tennessee Tips from Our Tennessee Member

This post comes to us from our Tennessee member, Ann Cranford:

Tennessee is a great place to work, live, and play! Tennessee is an awesome place to hang your HAT. Music is a great part of the State’s History, but we have so much more to offer. Looking for a great place to raise your kids, Tennessee is here. Looking for fun activities for the family such as theme parks, the zoo https://www.nashvillezoo.org/ , camping to name a few, Tennessee has it. Enjoy professional sport teams like the Tennessee Titans http://www.titansonline.com/ , the Nashville Predators http://predators.nhl.com/  and the Memphis Grizzlies http://www.nba.com/grizzlies/ . The Sounds Baseball in Nashville, the Bristol Speedway Raceway and some of the best Bass Tournament Fishing http://tnbassfishing.com/ , Tennessee has it.

The state is divided into three major regions each as different as the next: west, central, and eastern Tennessee. West Tennessee is a part of the Gulf Coastal Plain. Surrounded by the Tennessee and Mississippi Rivers, West Tennessee offers you a jaunt into soulful music, historical drama and natural wonders. Central, or the middle Tennessee grand division, which includes a few counties of the western section of the Cumberland Plateau, is bordered on the west by the Tennessee River, as it flows north. This area contains the fertile Central Basin. Health care services in the Middle Tennessee region are heavily influenced by and benefit from the several large medical centers and multi-hospital chains that are headquartered in Nashville. East Tennessee, in general, is a mountainous region with elevations of more than 6,600 feet in the Appalachian Mountains. East Tennessee has 13 hospitals throughout the region with over 1,500 acute care beds. Even though many of these hospitals are small, they pride themselves in maintaining the highest level of technology possible.

Tennessee can be the answer to all your concerns for the next career move. Major medical facilities with state of the art equipment, teaching and training programs to help you be the best you can be. The Tennessee Visitors Guide is full of fun facts and activities. https://www.tnvacation.com/
