We are looking for an energetic, out of the box thinker to join our dynamic small practice on the western slope of Colorado, deep in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. We are located right smack dab in the middle of an outdoor lovers wonderland. We are a family centered medical home with 2 clinics. One in New Castle and one in Carbondale. This provider would split a 3/4 time clinical position (32 hours per week) between both locations.
