Description of Job
The Nurse III (Nurse Supervisor) position supervises, guides, and directs professional skilled nursing care for the incarcerated offender in either an outpatient clinic, infirmary, or specialized cell house setting for acute care, chronic support and emergency assessment and interventions as indicated. This position may be a unit supervisor responsible for a smaller clinic, a shift within a larger complex facility, or a supervisor in a specialized clinical treatment unit.…
