The City of Caro is
in the heart of Tuscola County in Michigan’s thumb peninsula. The community
of more than 4,000 residents is home to many historic buildings located in the
downtown commercial center and hosts several signature events such as the
Pumpkin Festival, Farmers Market, Gingerbread Fest, and Cars & Crafts. Local
commerce includes the first and only Ethanol plant in Michigan, as well one of
