The Senior HR Generalist position is responsible for full-service human resources management for all OneWorld employees, under the oversight of the Human Resources Director for OneWorld. The Senior HR Generalist is the primary HR subject matter expert on the HR team, as well as the main point of contact for day-to-day questions and support associated with the interpretation, administration and compliance of HR-related policies, practices, and cases spanning the employment lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Four or more years of demonstrated Human Resources experience, preferably in employee relations and leave administration.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Maintaining knowledge of HR and organizational practices, procedures, policies, and systems to be able to respond to inquiries and provide information to employees.
Knowledgeable of laws and regulations pertaining to FMLA, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation.
Demonstrated project and process management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and written and oral communication are required to effectively interact with associates at all levels of the organization.
Ability to be open to new strategies and approaches; able to effectively cope with change and adapt as needed.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Computer skills: Adobe PDF, HRIS such as Paycom, and HR Content Management systems.
Adaptable to quick changes in work requirements; ability to move from one project to another as needed; exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under stressful situations and maintain an effective approach.
Able to build effective relationships with internal and/or external customers to ensure expectations are exceeded.
Able to focus one’s time and efforts on the critical items needed to achieve business results.
Willing and able to champion company objectives as their own.
