Description:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for identifying and performing routine building maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry; minor electrical heating ventilation, mechanical, electrical, general cleaning and air conditioning (HVAC) to maintain a safe, operable, comfortable working environment for staff and visitors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in building maintenance (carpentry, minor electrical heating ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) in a commercial business setting) preferred.
HVAC certification preferred.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and to be “On-Call” for emergency building and facility needs.
