We are seeking a Full-Time Family Practice Physician to provide primary care/preventative care for individuals, ages newborn through geriatrics.
The Erie County Health Department/ Erie County Community Health Center is located on the shores of Lake Erie in Sandusky, Ohio. The Health Center hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am- 4:30 pm, and Tuesday evenings until 7 pm. The Health Center is closed on weekends and federal holidays. There are no on-call hospital commitments.
