Job Summary The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is a member of a multi‑disciplinary team providing comprehensive counseling services. All services are provided in the clinic or via telehealth to the patient’s home or to another CHCCW clinic.
