You have found your way to the Washington Recruitment Group. WRG is a collaborative of government and non-profit organizations. WRG actively recruits for the following types of practice opportunities:

*Federally Qualified Health Centers (RURAL and urban),

* Self-governed Tribal Health Clinics,

* Rural Health Clinics,

* Critical Access Hospitals,

* Corrections/State Mental Health facilities, and

* Private Practice Clinics who serve Medicaid clients, especially in RURAL areas.

Washington has a great Loan Repayment and Scholarship Program. Its purpose is to: encourage primary care practitioners to serve in medically under served areas in our State. Details on this program are available through the Office of Community and Rural Health web link on this page. Practice sites that see Medicaid patients receive extra points when being considered as an approved site for loan repayment.

Our focus is on Primary Care Practitioners:

** Family and Internal Medicine Physicians, Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners

**OB-gyn, CNM, women's health PA's and NP's

**Pediatricians, PNP's and PA's who focus on children

**General Surgeons who want to be part of the local trauma system

**Pharmacists serving the Medicaid population

**Dentists who provide care to underserved populations and Medicaid patients

WRG actively recruits Dentists who want to provide care to Medicaid clients or who want to work in our State Institutions or Correctional Facilities.

RDH tend to get filled quickly so open opportunities are not frequently listed with WRG.

Dental Assistants also tend to be hired locally so WRG is not the best resource.

If you are a Psychiatrist, a Psychiatric ARNP or experienced PA-C with MH patients then PLEASE enter the database. I ACTIVELY recruit for these positions.

If you are not one the above Mental Health Professionals listed I am sorry but WRG just does not have the resources to help. Nurses interested in URBAN hospital work should visit the Hospital Association web page. At the WSHA site visit hospitals in your GEOGRAPHIC area of interest. Then click on any Human Resource Dept or job button. The links are also useful for information on nursing opportunities in Washington.
